November already

Posted by joeabbott on November 7, 2008

October scurried past in the cold and wet way that it usually does here in Seattle and we’re now into slightly colder and a bit wetter November. Ah, Fall.

One of the big highlights for us is that my mother is coming to visit for ten days! Yay!

While some people don’t mind a little distance from their familiy, I have too much and will enjoy the next week and a half. We have a lot of plans and if I get a chance to get back here, I’ll share pictures and activities.

In preparation for the week I built a few bird houses (traditional style) that I’m hoping we can paint and then put outside in hopes of Spring. Yup, I am ever hopeful!
